BJT Business Japanese Proficiency Test
JETRO Business Japanese Proficiency Test Gets New Name

The JETRO Business Japanese Proficiency Test (JETRO Test) has been renamed (as of January 2006) as the "BJT Business Japanese Proficiency Test", or BJT, and given a new logo, to mark the test's tenth anniversary.

The BJT measures and evaluates Japanese communication skills for business situations. People learning Japanese as a foreign (second) language, especially students and businesspeople, may take the test. Supporting organizations include the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Agency for Cultural Affairs and the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry.
